Yes, Evergen Co., Ltd. is a fully registered VAT entity. We can issue official tax invoices/receipts (either paper or e-Tax Invoice format). Please provide your company billing details (tax ID, branch, address) in your order instructions.
For in-stock products in Bangkok and surrounding areas, it takes 1-2 business days. For other provinces, it takes 2-4 business days via domestic courier. For pre-order items, our sales team will notify you of delivery timelines in the quote.
All digital scales, balances, pH meters, and electronic tools from us carry a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding damages from improper use or physical breakage). Technician consultations are available during the warranty period.
